The photography debate: spend or splurge?

Different brides tend to think differently about wedding photography. For some, it’s a major splurge area, and for others, it’s not that important.

Brides who are on the “saving” side of this debate argue that expensive photographers just aren’t worth it. Sometimes they’re right! You can sometimes get fantastic photos from hidden talent – a friend with a great camera and a good eye or even a photographer fresh out of university.

On the other hand, sometimes you really do get what you pay for. If photos are important to you, make sure you really know what you’re getting from a cheap wedding photographer before you sign that contract!
