Featured Advertiser Links

The featured advertiser links appear in a boxed section on the page. For the main hub pages, this box appears before the articles listing, usually about half-way down the page. For all other content pages, the links appear at the bottom of the page, but before the 'related articles'. This gives readers maximum exposure to your advert before they leave the page.

Banner Placement

The banner placements can appear on any page. All banner advertising is based on a CPM (cost per thousand impressions) model, so no matter what traffic a page gets, you know you'll pay according to its popularity. You can choose to have your advert shown on multiple pages and discounts apply to this.

We've just launched a wedding directory that features wedding suppliers offering great value products and services. It's the perfect way for budget brides to find you and an opportunity not to be missed.

The directory offers two types of listing. A standard listing is £15.99 per year, per category and offers a simple listing where you can outline your business offering in 50 words and includes a link back to your website.

A featured listing is £39.99 per year. These sit above the standard listings within each category and so offer greater exposure and traffic. You also have the opportunity to provide more information in a separate page, including 300 words and an image. This is the perfect opportunity to showcase your promotions and offers, and is great value at £39.99.

Blog Announcements

Blog announcements allow you to reach our audience in a timely and relevant fashion, pushing your message directly to interested brides. It's an opportunity to announce a wedding dress sale, a bridal fayre, a snippet about your business or a special offer.

These announcements last for approximately 3 months, depending on the number of posts made after your announcement. There is a maximum of 5 commercial blog announcements on the blog at any one time.

Pricing for a blog announcement is £75.

The placements listed above are our standard placements. Other placements are available on request and include anything from page sponsorships, bespoke pages, newsletter insertions or product reviews.

Adserving and Testing

The featured links and banners are served through Google Ad Manager which allows us to offer a number of features for advertisers:

• Real time tracking of advertising (impressions delivered, clicks, CTR and remaining budget)
• Creative rotation, testing and optimisation
• Independent, third party tracking and reporting of your campaigns
• Control over your budget

You can access your account within Google Ad Manager at any time to review the results and from time to time, Cheap Wedding Success will make recommendations to improve performance of your campaign.

We are happy to accept multiple creative executions in order to test and optimise. We're also happy to swap out creative on long term campaigns for a small £25 admin fee.

Pricing, Terms and Conditions

General

• All advertiser links will be followed with the rel="nofollow" attribute in compliance with Google's webmaster guidelines. Directory listings are followed links.
• All advertising is subject to availability.
• Cheap Wedding Success reserves the right to decline any advertising that is deemed unsuitable or of little interest to our readers.
• All banners should be supplied by the advertiser and adhere to the ad specs above.
• No advertising is available on the homepage.
• Copy deadline for all adverts is 5 days prior to live date. Late copy will be charged at the full going rate. No refunds.
• Any changes to copy during the advertising period will incur an administration fee of £25.

Free Trial Terms

• All trial advertising is subject to availability.
• A featured link will be offered along with a 468x60 top banner or a 125x125 side banner. These must be on the same page.
• Up to two months free advertising will be offered. In most cases, this will be two months, unless the placements you want have been sold. In this case, a shorter trial period will be offered or alternative placements on different pages.
• There is no guarantee that your desired placements will be available.
• There is no guarantee that your trial placements will be available once the trial has finished.
• We will contact you near the end of your free trial to review the campaign and discuss advertising options moving forward.
• There is no obligation to buy further advertising once the campaign ends.
• You can cancel the trial at any time with no penalty if you do not wish to proceed.

Pricing

• Ad buys are sold on a CPM basis.
• The initial minimum term is two months, after which you will be invoiced monthly.
• You can pay by credit card, debit card or via your PayPal account.
• You can cancel your agreement giving 30 days notice. A pro-rata refund will be given for any unused budget, minus a £25 administration fee.
• Prices are determined by ad type, size, location and the traffic a particular page receives.
• All prices are quoted in UK£.
• All advertising must be paid for in advance before going live.
• Rates may be adjusted at any time to reflect traffic changes.
• Discounts apply for multiple buys, please ask.
