I have a tried and tested Christmas cake recipe which I have used for many years with huge success. Is there any reason why I cant use it to make my son's wedding cake?

There’s absolutely no reason why you can’t use it to make your son’s wedding cake.

Most Christmas cakes are rich fruit cakes and it’s the same recipe that’s used for rich fruit wedding cakes.

As you’re a seasoned pro, I’m sure you’ll find it a breeze and the guests will be stunned!

All you’ll need to do is swop the Christmas holly leaves and berries for some pretty flowers and ribbon!
