Wedding Invitation Kits

One way of reducing your stationery costs is to buy wedding invitation kits. These are packs that have all the elements you need in them. You simply make them up and you're done.

There are hundreds of different types of invitation kits around. They may have different types of paper, styles of design, sizes and colours of cards and different types of decoration.

They are often supplied with all the elements you need to get your invitations finished. From ribbon to wax seals, you'll get everything you need, including detailed instructions on how to complete the invitation.

The kits are usually very easy and take the stress away of having to come up with a design yourself. The end result is often very professional looking and the price is often cheaper than if you buy ready-made stationery.

If you wanted to, you could also personalise the invites with extra embellishments or details. It will make your invitations look even more unique.

Are wedding invitation kits worth it?

Personally, I don't think invitation kits are value for money. They're expensive for what they are and you're paying for the supplier to make up the kit and give you instructions. Making your own wedding inviations isn't difficult and is certainly a lot cheaper than if you buy a kit. You can also get an equally professional finish if you do them yourself.
