Wedding Venue For A Budget Of £5000

I'm trying to arrange a wedding - as nice as possible for my daughter in Berkshire (Reading/Wokingham area). The problems are as follows:
1) I have only got about £5000 to spend(ish) for 80 guests.
2) We live in France and so I have to organise this from here!!!
3) She wants a venue where you can also have the civil ceremony
4) We want to provide the wine (fiancé is from a winemaking family!) but not pay loads in corkage
5) She'd love - like every bride - a beautiful venue (not a hall etc.)
