It is set in beautiful countryside and is run to help support a charity that is based there. So not only do you get a good deal on your wedding, but the money is going towards a good cause. Pestalozzi provides a traditional A frame wooden barn for a blessing, although it is open air for guests and only the wedding couple are undercover. On the estate they have wonderful locations for wedding photos, including a wonderful old oak tree in a field and a pond. They have an onsite canteen which can be hired; they will do your catering at whatever budget you decide. They expect you to do all the decoration though. You can also hire a marquee as I did and just hire the field it is in. There is basic accommodation on site aimed at the youth market (bunked beds) but they are looking into refurbishing it and having en-suite's built. The accommodation suited many of my guests who did not care too much, they just wanted some where dry to crash, many other guests also camped! This place is a stunning location one of the most stupidly cheap wedding venues in East Sussex we found."
