We decorated and did the food ourselves which saved us a shed load of money. The registry office is in the same building and it's within walking distance of the sea front and lots of hotels."

It is less than £2,000 for your wedding breakfast, your evening reception and buffet (for 50 guests) with delicious food, your accommodation for the night in a room that's absolutely amazing, and your room for a civil ceremony. We are having a civil ceremony so it works out great because it's situated in Llangollen which is a brilliant tourist place and has wonderful scenery for photos. I just can't think of anywhere that is such good value."

My fiancé and I have an alternative choice in music and they are more than happy for us to have rock music played at the after party. They are extremely flexible as to which rooms/ parts of the club we will have access to, they are charging us just £200 for the room for our wedding ceremony and asking for nothing for the use of the rooms for the reception or after party. The food is very reasonable compared to other venues we have looked at. All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful."

The licensed boardroom is oak panelled and when decorated you could be in any top hotel. During the summer, the gardens are fabulous and again, you could be in any first class venue. Overall, Caerleon Uni has everything a budget saving/savvy bride needs. My first and only choice for our ceremony/reception/evening party."
