What Should The Groom Wear At A Beach Wedding?

My son is thinking of a beach wedding abroad and he is in a dilemma about his attire. He wishes to wear a stone linen suit, does the best man have to match or should he be totally different to the groom? We live in Manchester and the wedding is to be planned for Rhodes.
